Navigate to the GSTR1 form option under the filing segment. This is where you'll initiate the process of filing your GSTR1 return.

3

From the dropdown menu, select your GSTN. This ensures the filing is associated with the correct GST number.

4

Choose the return period relevant to your filing. For example, select December 24th if you're filing for that period.

5

6

Decide how to prepare your summary-level data. You can choose from three available data sources for document and HSN summaries. This step is crucial for organizing your data effectively.

7

If you're uploading a government template and want to use the Advanced Selection to import specific types of data (e.g., only document series or only HSN summary), select the first option. This option is ideal for users with specific data requirements.

8

To import an Excel sheet containing all types of documents (B2B, B2C amendment, HSN, documentary summary, etc.) and prepare your document or HSN summary based on these, choose the second option. This is suitable for users with comprehensive data in Excel format.

9

If you prefer to manually edit your document or HSN summary, select the third option, Use Manually Edited Summary. This option is best for users who want full control over their data.

10

Choose from the three different data sources available. Select the one that best meets your specific requirements. This step ensures your data preparation aligns with your filing needs.

11

After selecting your data sources, finalize them. The system will prepare your summary-level data based on these sources.

12

Click Prepare Data to begin processing the data you've selected. This step initiates the data preparation process.

13

Click View Sections to see the sections of your data. Based on the Excel template or documents you've uploaded, the system will automatically prepare your entire GST form. Imported documents will be categorized accordingly. For instance, if all imported documents are B2B, they'll be categorized under the B2B section.

14

To review a specific type of data in more detail, click View. This allows you to examine the data thoroughly.

15

Observe the section type where the documents are listed. For example, under B2B, you can view the total number of documents, total amount, taxable amount, total tax, IGST, and CGST. This provides a clear breakdown of your data.

16

If you want to view a detailed categorical bifurcation, click the + button next to the section you're interested in. This expands the section for a more detailed view.

By following these steps, you've successfully prepared and filed your GSTR1 using Clear Compliance Cloud. This ensures your GST returns are accurate, organized, and compliant with regulations.
