# Audit Trail

Audit trail functionality helps users to track all actions take for an invoice by users on the product.

* On the "Sales Document" and "Purchase Document" screens, audit trail for a document can be accessed by clicking on the icon against an invoice in the "Action" column
* A side panel open which gives the details of the actions taken on the invoice along with the user and timestamp
