Enter a valid email address, choose a strong password and accept terms & conditions to sign-up on ClearTax Compliance cloud which will help you with E-Invoicing, reconciliation and VAT filing. Any valid email address is required as a verification link will be sent to your email address. Click on the small box next to privacy policy to accept the T&C.
Click on 'Agree and Continue' to sign-up and create your account.
A verification link will be sent on the email that you have used for signing up. Go to your mailbox, open the email and click on ‘Verify email address’ to complete the verification. This will open ClearTax in a new tab and start with the process of workspace creation.
Enter the details of your company like legal name and choose a turnover range to create your workspace. Workspace will be where you can access ClearTax and all your data. You can invite multiple colleagues to your workspace and also generate E-Invoices, archive data, reconcile and use different features of ClearTax Compliance cloud. After entering your details please click on ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next step.
It is time for profile creation with more information about you so that we can create a role for you. This will help in creating a personalized profile that will help us in optimizing your work. Please provide your name and designation in your organization. After entering your details please click on ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next step. You can also skip this step and enter it later from the ‘Settings’ page.
Once the details are entered and your workspace is created, you will be landing on the home page of ‘Clear Compliance Cloud’ which has multiple features to help you with E-Invoicing and compliance. Click on ‘Continue’ to explore the features.
Click on one of the tiles i.e. ‘e-Invoicing’ or ‘E-Inv vs. Sales Reconciliation’ to start with one of the products. e-Invoicing will help you generate and manage E-Invoices as per ZATCA regulations while ZATCA E-Inv vs. Sales data reconciliation will help you reconcile to identify differences before filing VAT returns. Click on either of the tiles to start.
