Delete imported data

  • You can choose to delete the imported data on ClearTax platform before e-invoice generation in case you identify any issues with the imported data.

  • Please note that this activity can only be performed on the documents that are in “Not Generated” state.

  • You can bulk select the documents that need to be deleted, click on the “Actions” dropdown and then select the “Delete” option.

  • You will see a modal pop-up screen to validate your action since this action cannot be undone.

  • Once you click on the “Delete” button, the selected and eligible documents will get deleted from the “Sales dashboard” page.

    • Eligible documents are the ones on which the delete action can be performed such as documents in “Not generated” state only.
