You can choose to delete the imported data on ClearTax platform before e-invoice generation in case you identify any issues with the imported data.
Please note that this activity can only be performed on the documents that are in “Not Generated” state.
You can bulk select the documents that need to be deleted, click on the “Actions” dropdown and then select the “Delete” option.
You will see a modal pop-up screen to validate your action since this action cannot be undone.
Once you click on the “Delete” button, the selected and eligible documents will get deleted from the “Sales dashboard” page.
Eligible documents are the ones on which the delete action can be performed such as documents in “Not generated” state only.
