Step 1: Click on the “Help” icon on the dashboard page
Step 2: Click on one of the options in the "Help" tab to access the required support

4. Get in Touch -To reach out to subject matter exports in case of queries
This shows the three available customer support options available
- 1.Raise Ticket
- 2.Account Manager Details
- 3.Contact Us
Click on either on Raise Ticket/ Account Manager details or call the customer support number to get in touch with the customer support
1.Raise Ticket Click on “Raise Ticket” to raise a ticket with customer support
Add the details regarding your query or the issue being faced and submit
2. Account Manager Details Click on “Account Manager Details” to raise a ticket with customer support
Add the details regarding your query or the issue being faced and submit
5. Contact Us - Call the customer support number
