# Generate Form 16 in ClearTDS

## Guide to generate Form 16 in TDS

### Step 1: Login

Login to [cleartds.com](https://cleartds.com/) using your Tax Cloud Account

###  **Step 2: Add and Upload the Form-16 Part B – Excel template**

Add a new deductor (employer) and click on “Generate Form-16” and upload the Form-16 Part B – Excel template.

### **Step 3: Select the Template**

Select the template for Coverage then go to next page and select a cover page template. Enter the Company name and select “Company Logo” which you wanted to reflect in Form-16.

### **Step 4: Generate Form 16**

Select the File name format and click “Generate” to generate the Form-16.The zip file of Form-16s will be generated successfully.
