Learn how to add Contacts using ClearTax Software

Guide To Use Contact Master

Step 1: Select Contact Lists

Select Contact Lists under Global Settings Section in Settings panel. You can find this on the left-side panel on your screen.

Step 2: Add More Contacts

Select business and click on Add More Contacts. Enter the Linked GSTIN, POC name, Email, Phone number, Role and click on Save to add the contact.

The cell values can be directly entered on the screen.

Step 3: Bulk Contact Addition

Contacts can also be added by uploading an excel file. Select on Upload excel to add in bulk.

Excel file with the contact data can be uploaded. User can also download ClearTax template to enter contact details.
