If you are facing an issue with Tally Connector due to a firewall, follow the below steps for a quick and effective resolution -
Step 1: Check Windows Defender Firewall
Open ‘Control Panel’ on your system and in the Search Bar, type ‘Firewall’
Then select ‘Windows Defender Firewall’
Step 2: Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off
Select 'Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off'
Step 3: Turn off Windows Defender Firewall
Under each option select ‘Turn off Windows Defender Firewall’ and click on ‘Ok’
This is how your screen will appear after the settings are turned off. Now you can use the ClearTax Tally Connector.
Step 4: Revert to Recommended Settings
Once done using ClearTax Tally Connector, click on the ‘Use recommended settings’ button to reset all the settings
All your settings are now reset
