Extra Functionalities

Max ITC offers extra functionalities that you can use to simplify your actions that you want to take.

    Filter : You can use filter option by clicking on filter button to filter out the docs basis their match status, tax amount, doc type, supplier name, supplier GSTIN, remarks, etc.

    Customize Column : You can also use customized column feature by clicking here where you can select relevant columns according to your need that you need to see in UI. This will make your experience better in reviewing the docs.

    Add Remark : There is another feature where you can add remark for any doc to review it later by clicking on add link here.

    Audit Trail : You also get the option of audit trail where you will get to see the entire history of actions and date on which you have taken on the selected doc. For this audit trail icon here and you can see history of all actions.

    One to Many/Many to Many Linking : Our software also links 1 invoice/doctype to more than one document. For example: our software allows the matching of one or more invoices with one or more Invoice/debit/credit notes. Such matching across different document types simplifies things for you and makes Clear a comprehensive ITC claim solution for all of your documents. Further, you can automate such specific matching that is only applicable to your company, and our software lets you put your custom rules in the recon logic for your company.
