Finalizing & Submitting GSTR 1_ End to End Filing Guide
In this article, you'll learn how to file GSTR1 after reconciliation and taking actions.
Begin by moving on to GSTR1 filing.

Click on GSTR1.

Select the PAN or GSTN as needed.

Click on Return period.

Select the return period and click on Continue. If connected, click on Skip. If not, enter the OTP.



Click on View Sections. Here, you'll see figures such as the amounts of your B2B, B2CL exports, debit and credit notes, and supplies under section 95.

For invoice level details, click on View.

Scroll down to the Summary section. Here, you'll see everything reported on a summary basis. Click on View to see more.

Click on Document summary to add more invoices. Click on Edit, then Continue to Edit, then Actions, and finally Add a new row.





Add a Create note, Debit note, or a delivery challenge as applicable. After entering this, click on Save and then Proceed.




Scroll down to see all amendment invoices and amendment details. Once verified, close the same.

Click on Actions, then Download pan summary.

For G1, click on Download report. After downloading the summary, you can view it in Excel.
Click on Validate and Upload to go to step two. This will run a couple of checks for HSN summary, your customer, GSTN, and more.
In step two, you have several options. You can download your GST1 PDF, reset your data from GST, and download PAN level summary.
To upload your data to GSTN, select the relevant option and click on Upload.
Click on Upload to GSTN to push all your data to the GST portal.
Click on Select Filing Method, select the authorized signatory, choose whether to file it from EBC or DSC, click on Authorize and Proceed to file. An OTP will be received on your registered email address or phone number.
And that's it! You've now completed the process of filing GSTR1.
