Create and Setup Your Clear Account

In this guide, you'll set up your Clear account, verify your email, and configure your workspace. By the end, you'll have added your business details, customized your settings, and reviewed your subscription information.

Visit the Clear Finance Cloud website. Open your browser, type app.clear.in in the search bar, and press Enter

On the website, click Clear Finance Cloud to start setting up your account.

Register by entering your email ID and password. Use an official email ID to avoid licensing issues.

Set your password and review the terms and conditions displayed on the screen.

Click Agree and Continue. A verification email will be sent to your registered email ID.

Open the email and click the verification link to confirm your account.

You'll be redirected to the workspace page. Enter your company's legal name and turnover details in the respective fields.

Select your ERP system and the products you're interested in from the available options.

Click Continue. Provide user profile settings, such as the name of the team member who will initially use the product.

Log into the Clear Finance Cloud app using your registered credentials.

Navigate to Settings in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen to start configuring your account.

In Settings, add your business details. Click Add new GSTN to input your GSTN.

After entering your business details, click Save to store the information.

Once saved, view your GST and PAN details on the screen.

Go to Workspace Settings to view and modify your workspace details. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner to find your workspace details, including your email ID and workspace name.

Check your subscription details by navigating to the relevant section.
