Invite your team to use E-Invoicing
Its very easy to get your team on-boarded into cleartax E-Invoicing.
Step 1- Open settings panel
Login to E-Invoicing portal and navigate to settings on top right under your username. Click on settings.
Step 2- Open User Access tab
Click on User access tab to open user access page. This page shows all users who are invited to access your account.
Step 3- Open "Invite New Member"
Click on "+ Invite new Member" button to open new user form
Step 4- Provide User Name and Email id
Provide user Name and Email id for sending invite to user through email and click on "Continue to assign roles" for defining access for this new user
Step 5- Define user role/access specific to business unit
Currently Cleartax E-Invoicing support three roles.
1) Admin : Admin role with all access including invite new users
2) View only : View Only role with access to only view business unit and Invoices. Users with this role wont be able to create/edit any Invoices/Objects
3) Non Cancel : Non Cancel role with access to view and create E-Invoices however not allowed to cancel/Delete any Invoices.
Admin user can assign these roles against each business unit (ie Branch/GSTIN/PAN)
Step 6- Select role for all business units applicable
Click on Edit business/GSTIN and select correct level (Business Unit) for providing user access to business unit with this role and click on continue
Step 7- Send Invite to new user
Click on send invite to send email to user for accepting request to get on-boarded.
Step 8 - User gets an invitation email
Users gets an invitation email with link to accept Invitation and getting started with Cleartax E-Invoicing.
