Access roles within E-Invoicing

E-Invoicing portal provides different access roles to control permissions of different set of users within organisation.

E-Invoicing currently has five different roles to support different access and control within an Account .

1) Admin Role: This is Super user role having complete access for the account. Admin user can also invite new user and define their access.

2) View Only: This role provides access to only view and download Invoices and EWB data. With this role User won't be able to take any action or upload any new data in E-Invoicing.

3) NonCancel : This role provides access for user to Add, View, Download E-Invoices and EWB however does not allow User to cancel any of E-Invoices and EWB.

4) E-Way bill only : This role provides user access to all actions within E-way bill ie upload, generate, View, Cancel, Download, Print of E-way bills however restricts any access for E-Invoices. These users will not have access for View E-invoices section.

5) E-Invoicing only : This role provides user access to all actions within E-Invoicing (Upload, Generate, View, Cancel, Download, Print) but does not allow user to manage EWB from view E-way bills section.
