E-Invoice data upload- Custom Mapper

Custom Template helps in smooth ingestion of invoices by mapping the fields.

Step 1:

Select "Upload Invoices" from the left sidebar menu.

Step 2:

Select "Business". Under the custom template section, click on "New Custom Template".

Step 3:

Click on ‘Select file from your Computer’ button to upload your Excel file with custom column names that need to be mapped

Step 4:

Map ClearTax column name with your Excel file column names Once done → Click on ‘Save Template’ button to proceed.

All the required fileds needs to be mapped to generate the template. Click on "Save without mapping" to generate the template without mapping all the columns.

Step 5:

Enter the name of the template and click on "Save Template" to save the template.
