Step 1: Create Excel Template with details

Prepare cleartax excel template with document details.

Step 2: How to upload an Excel Template

Click on Import Invoices > Select the type of Data template* > Click on Start Uploading

*Select Arabic+English Template in regular scenario or English Template incase you are using the Translation services from Cleartax

Click on 'Choose a file to upload'

In case excel template is not available, you can download the excel template by clicking on 'Download here'

Step 3: Review and Upload

Post uploading the excel, Cleartax will highlight the validation errors (if any) and option to correct the errors on the platform or you can download the error report and correct the excel template.

Once the correction is done, data is ready for e-Invoice generation.
