# NIC Credentials

## Guide to add NIC Credentials to ClearTax software

### **Step 1:** Select Settings&#x20;

Select Settings Panel section and open it. You can find this on the left-side panel on your screen.

### **Step 2:** Select "NIC credentials"

&#x20;Click on "NIC credentials" under Global Settings.

### **Step 3: Select** "Add NIC Credentials"&#x20;

Click on "Add NIC Credentials" to add credentials.

### **Step 4:  Enter Credentials**

Select the GSTIN you want to add the credentials for. Then enter the username, password and click save.
