# Register your business

Once you have created your profile on ClearTax, you need to select your primary country and register your business to start with Belgium e-invoicing.

* Once you click on the e-Invoicing tile on the homepage, you will land on the Welcome page to get started.
* Click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed with your country selection and business profile creation.

Amongst the list of countries, choose your primary country as 'Belgium'.

 After selecting the country, create your business profile by adding your business details.

1. Organization Name: Your registered business name 
2. VAT Number: Your official Belgian VAT identification number (e.g., BE0441797980).  VAT numbers are validated against country-specific formats (e.g., Belgium requires BE followed by nine digits starting with 0 or 1). An incorrect format will trigger an error.

Once you have entered your business details, click on the ‘Finish’ button to move forward. You have successfully completed your onboarding process.

You will land on the homepage for Belgium e-invoicing where you can start your e-invoicing journey.
