MIS Dashboard

The Management Information System (MIS) Dashboard provides high-level business intelligence by visualizing your e-invoicing data. Because the platform handles both sending and receiving Peppol data, it can provide unique key performance indicators.

MIS dashboard provides a summary level information regarding the e-Invoicing activity on the product.

• MIS dashboard can be accessed by -

• Clicking on the "Reports" in the sidebar menu and select "MIS dashboard for E-invoicing"

• Clicking on the MIS dashboard card on the homepage

Visualizing Your E-Invoicing Activity

The dashboard offers key widgets for real-time visibility into your e-invoicing process:

• Quick-look Metrics: Summary cards displaying crucial data points such as the number of invoices ingested, the number sent to buyers, the total value of all invoices, and the total value of invoices sent.

• Sent Invoice Status Overview: A pie chart providing a breakdown of the current delivery status for all invoices sent (e.g., indicating the percentage of invoices that are Delivered, Sent, or Failed).

• Daily Activity Breakdown: A detailed, day-by-day report on the status of invoices.

• Lifecycle Summary: A holistic overview tracking the lifecycle of invoices, including both their volume and total amount.

Top level summary numbers represent -

• Invoices ingested

• Valid and consolidated invoices

• Total invoice value of valid and consolidated invoices

• Total tax value of valid and consolidated invoices

• Status breakdown view provides count summary by individual invoices statuses

• Daywise breakdown view provides day level count summary split by invoice statuses

• Overview table provides detailed summary of the invoice count, invoice value, tax amount by invoice statuses for each businesses
