### Europe

\
**1. \[Bug Fix] All Countries: Field Renamed to "Tax Inclusive Amount"**\
\&#xNAN;*Available in: Belgium, Germany, Poland, Croatia*\
**What's New:** The field previously labelled "Total amount due (before Charges/Allowance)" has been renamed to "Tax inclusive amount" across the platform, aligning with updated customer templates and standard terminology.\
**Details:**

* Updated in: Invoice Details screen (document header section).
* Updated in: Detailed Report and Lite Report column headers (CSV/Excel exports).
* Ensures consistent terminology between the portal and customer-facing documentation.

\
**2. \[Bug Fix] All Countries: Print & Download Name Format — Settings Now Persist**\
\&#xNAN;*Available in: Belgium, Poland, Croatia*\
**What's New:** A bug has been resolved where saved Custom name format settings were lost when toggling between Default and Custom modes in Print Settings. The last saved configuration now correctly persists in the UI.\
**Details:**

* Previously, toggling to Default and back to Custom would clear the dropdown selections, even after a successful save.
* The saved Custom name format is now retained in memory and restored correctly when switching back to Custom mode.
* No action required - the fix applies automatically to all existing configurations.

\
**3. \[Bug Fix] Poland: Inbound Seller Address Now Correctly Displayed**\
\&#xNAN;*Available in: Poland*\
**What's New:** A mapping issue has been fixed where the Seller's address fields (street name, additional street name) were not being populated in the UI on inbound invoices, despite the values being present in the source XML.\
**Details:**

* Affected fields: StreetName and AdditionalStreetName in the Seller address section of Purchase invoice details.
* Values are now correctly extracted from the UBL XML and displayed in the document details view.
* No user action required - previously received invoices may need to be re-fetched to reflect corrected address data.

\
**4. \[Bug Fix] Poland: Invoice Type Filter Restricted to Supported Types**\
\&#xNAN;*Available in: Poland*\
**What's New:** The Invoice Type filter in the Sales and Purchase document list views has been updated to show only the invoice types currently supported for Poland, removing legacy options that produced empty results.\
**Details: The filter now shows only:**

* **Standard VAT Invoice**
* **Correction Invoice**\
**Removed options: Prepayment Invoice and Self Billed Invoice (unsupported for PL).**

**5. \[Feature Update] Germany: Sales Flow — New Field Ingestion for E-Invoicing Compliance**\
\&#xNAN;*Available in: Germany*\
**What's New:** The sales ingestion flow has been extended to support additional schema fields required for compliant **XRechnung** and **Peppol** submissions. These fields are now propagated end-to-end through the outbound pipeline.\
**Details:** The template and parser have been updated to accept and process new fields required by the latest German e-invoicing specifications.

* This update ensures that all outbound data is aligned with regulatory standards, preventing validation rejections at the exchange network level.
* **No action required** — the updated fields are now active in the standard ingestion pipeline.

\
**6. \[Bug Fix] Germany: Manual Ingestion — Item VAT Category Code Dropdown Correction**\
\&#xNAN;*Available in: Germany*\
**What's New:** A correction has been applied to the item-level VAT category code dropdown within the manual ingestion template. This ensures that only valid, schema-compliant tax codes are available for selection.\
**Details:** Previously, the dropdown displayed an incorrect set of options, which led to invalid selections and downstream ingestion failures.

* The dropdown now correctly reflects the valid VAT category codes as defined in the official German tax schema.
* This fix eliminates avoidable data entry errors and ensures schema compliance from the very first step of manual ingestion.

### Malaysia<br>

**1. TIN/Branch and Document Type Controls for Auto-Email Triggers**\
Auto‑email triggers in Malaysia previously fired uniformly across all TINs, branches, and document types, causing irrelevant notifications. The system now supports configurable controls that scope auto‑email dispatch to specific TINs, branches, and document type combinations. This delivers targeted communication to the right stakeholders and reduces noise in customer mailboxes.

**2. Guideline for Using Company TIN When Invoicing on Its Behalf**\
Ambiguity existed around the correct TIN to populate when an entity issued invoices on behalf of another party, leading to LHDN validation issues. A clarifying guideline has now been embedded in the product, instructing that the company's own TIN must be used in such scenarios. This standardises issuer identification and ensures consistent acceptance of invoices by LHDN.

**3. Consolidation Details in Audit Trail**\
Consolidated invoice activity was not captured in the document audit trail, limiting traceability for users reconciling source invoices with their consolidated counterpart. The audit trail now records consolidation events along with linkage to the contributing source documents. This improves transparency, supports accurate reconciliation, and strengthens the audit posture during regulatory reviews.

### GCC

**\[Enhancements]**\
\
**1. Search Multiple Document Numbers in a Single Search**\
\
**What’s New:** Users can now search for multiple document numbers at once, making it faster to locate specific invoices for reconciliation, audits, and issue resolution. Instead of searching one document at a time, users can now paste a list of document numbers and retrieve all matching records in a single search.

**Details:**

* Users can now enter multiple document numbers in one search using comma-separated values to quickly find multiple invoices at once.
* Existing single document search behavior remains unchanged and continues to support quick searches for individual invoices.
* Search results display all matching documents in one view, making bulk review and downloads more efficient.

**2. Single-Day Reconciliation Support**\
\
**What’s New:** Users can now run reconciliation for a single day without encountering errors. This update makes it easier to validate transactions for specific dates and improves flexibility when investigating discrepancies.

**Details:**

* Users can now successfully run reconciliation for a single selected day.
* The incorrect error message previously shown during single-day reconciliation attempts has been resolved.
* This enhancement enables faster troubleshooting and more precise reconciliation for date-specific transactions.

<figure><img src="/files/1IFXCgd43v5drOl5CtZg" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**3. Improved Postal Code Validation for International Buyers**\
\
**What’s New:** We’ve updated buyer address validation to better support international transactions. Users can now enter valid postal codes for non-Saudi buyers without facing validation errors, improving compliance and reducing invoice submission warnings.

**Details:**

* Postal codes for buyers in Saudi Arabia will continue to require a valid 5-digit numeric format.
* For international buyers, postal codes are optional and now support alphanumeric formats based on local country standards.
* This update helps reduce unnecessary validation errors and minimises address-related warnings during invoice submission.

**\[Bug Fixes]**

**1. Timestamps on Import History now display in KSA local time**\
Import History timestamps were previously rendered in IST, causing reconciliation mismatches for customers operating in KSA whose internal systems log in local time. Timestamps are now converted to Asia/Riyadh (UTC+3) before display.

**Impact:**

1. Fresh imports show correct KSA time immediately.
2. Previously imported records are also updated - no re-import required
3. No action or configuration needed from users

<figure><img src="/files/9dpOU2IjzP5jlWcbm176" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**2. Smarter Feedback Prompts for a Better User Experience**

We’ve improved how feedback requests are shown across the platform to make them less repetitive and less disruptive. Users will now see feedback prompts less frequently, creating a smoother experience while still helping us collect meaningful feedback.

**Details:**

* Feedback prompts will no longer repeatedly appear if a user chooses not to respond.
* Prompts are now spaced out more intelligently across different actions to avoid frequent interruptions.
* Users will see a limited number of feedback requests per day for a more seamless experience.

**3. Improved Accuracy for MIS Download Reports**

We’ve fixed an issue where downloaded MIS and aggregate reports could show incorrect VAT totals for invoices in different currencies. Reported values are now aligned with the MIS dashboard for more accurate financial reporting.

**Details:**

* VAT category breakdowns in downloaded reports are now correctly converted to accounting currency values.
* Downloaded MIS and aggregate reports will now match the totals displayed in the dashboard.
* This update improves reporting accuracy for businesses handling invoices in multiple currencies.
