**E-Invoicing API Integration Consultation**

**(A) Scope of Services**

ClearTax will provide e-invoicing API integration consultation for KSA E-invoicing compliance as per ZATCA guidelines. The deliverables shall encompass consultation on the following components (based on technical feasibility) 

1. Exposing relevant APIs to the customer and providing authentication tokens.
2. Providing technical documentation on exposed APIs.
3. Providing consultation on technical feasibility and data sufficiency from the API perspective to enable speedy execution and completion for the customer.
4. Resolving client queries and errors faced while using the APIs.

**(B) Customer Dependencies**

* The customer shall formulate an internal team with :
  * 1 Project POC for overall internal project management and handling ClearTax interactions throughout the integration 
  * Bandwidth of System architect/ Senior IT stakeholder to review and finalize tech architecture along with ClearTax integration team
  * Functional stakeholders (Finance, Compliance) for UAT and overall compliance related query resolution
  * IT, DB, Infra/ Network team members to work with ClearTax integration team on day-to-day basis
* The Customer shall share appropriate Business requirement/functional documentation about the system configuration with the consulting team for study and understanding.
* The customer shall complete testing of integration flow in stipulated timelines to ensure timely go-live.

**(C) Integration Scope Limitations**

* The scope of integration is limited to consultation only
* The Customer must prepare invoice data as per ClearTax defined format (in alignment with ZATCA guidelines). 
* ClearTax integration consultation team will provide consultation remotely 
* Consultation related to following items will be out of scope for ClearTax
  * Any consultation or configuration at network, firewall, Operating System, Basis level or IT infrastructure level
  * Any modifications required in Customer’s internal ERP or PoS system to comply with prohibited functionalities by ZATCA 
  * Any customized reports or data analytics 
  * Any data cleaning/correction within Customer’s ERP/ POS systemsAny additional features or enhancements which are not contained in the original scope of work for integration.
  * Any changes arising due to changes ERP/ Database systems or system upgrades or data schema changes by customer or third parties on boarded by customer (post UAT sign-off on original scope)
